Do you have a question for the Board of Directors?

Recently, the BOD has received questions/comments/concerns from second and third parties and we have found it difficult to address them as we are not clear as to what is being asked, etc. We have devised this web form to help anyone ask the questions that they may have, even if they are not comfortable asking directly or if they do not have the opportunity to do so. We hope that this form will be a useful tool in keeping the lines of communication open.

The BOD will make every effort to address questions in a timely manner. Submissions will be addressed once a month in the newsletter or directly to the party (whichever you request).
